Lynda Macdonald is all three. She:

• Has fifteen years experience, and an excellent reputation, as a freelance trainer in employment law and management skills;
• Worked in Human Resource Management for over ten years, and thus has extensive practical experience of the key issues facing managers and Human Resource practitioners on a day-to-day basis;
• Has had twelve books on employment law published by major national publishers plus an array of material published on the web;
• Is a panel member on the employment tribunal panel;
• Is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development;
• Has an MA degree in language and an LLM degree in employment law.
